My HP ENVY Pro 6455 is printing only blank pages, and I can't figure out why. Everything that I try to print is blank, including test pages, despite the printer sounding and looking like it is printing normally. Every time, there is no ink on the page that is being printed. My ink levels are fine, my paper supply is fine, my HP Smart app tells me the printer is online and working fine, and my OS is not telling me there are any errors with the printer. I am trying to print from a MacBook using macOS Big Sur. 

I have gone onto these HP forums and found that printing blank pages seems to be a common issue with many HP printers. Some of these threads have included staff posts suggesting troubleshooting steps involving resetting the printer, plugging the printer into a wall outlet, etc., and I have done all of these things. I have confirmed that my printer's firmware is fully updated. Still my printer is printing only blank pages.

The printer worked fine when I first got it. I printed through an entire black-and-white ink cartridge just fine, ordered new supplies when needed, and the printer continued to work normally. I have gone a few months without needing to print anything, and I'm only having this issue now.

This printer was relatively expensive and I'm very frustrated that I can't use it at all right now and that there doesn't seem to be any reason that it's not working. Can anyone at HP help?
